We offer combined shipping discounts. Items will be shipped within 48 Hours and will be shipped in discrete packaging.  Shoes and Boots are shipping from the manufacturer and can have some delays during holiday periods.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Please read the item description. Some items including shoes and boot require a 5-7 day processing time for shipment. If you have a dead line please provide ample time for delivery.  Once shipped we will not be held responsible for customs delays. Please contact your country's customs agency to get an estimate of the current average processing times. Buyer is responsible for paying all customs duties and import taxes associated with international shipments. Expedited international orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority or Express Mail International based upon your selection.

Express shipments will be shipped the same day we receive payment ONLY if payment is received before 2PM Eastern Time of that business day. All standard orders will be shipped within 24 hours of when we receive payment. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. We can only guarantee that our processing time will meet the advertised times. We cannot guarantee delivery times because that is a service provided by shipping carriers and is out of our control.

PayPal E-checks take 4-7 days to clear, so we cannot ship an order until PayPal releases the funds from your bank.

Payments: are due within 7 days. If you are purchasing more than one item and wish to combine shipping please wait until you have committed to buy all items BEFORE making payment. Once you have finished shopping in our store, go to the first item you committed to buy on eBay and click on the "pay now" button. That will redirect you to our eBay integrated checkout page where all your items are on one invoice.

Non-Payments: Our system will send an automated payment reminder 3 days after the first auction is finished. An unpaid item dispute will automatically open on eBay after 7 days of non-payment and the item will be relisted. If there is no response on the dispute console, our system will relist the item and automatically close the dispute with an unpaid item strike on the buyer's account. PayPal E-checks are not PayPal instant payments. E-checks take 4-7 days to clear, so we cannot ship an order until PayPal releases the funds from your bank.

If an item doesn’t fit than it can be sent back for an exchange. If there is no suitable item in our inventory than we will refund your purchase but a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please use the size charts and read descriptions for the best Sizing information available.

All products must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. Used items will be returned to sender and the refund will not be processed. All returns must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of when the package first arrives on your property. Returns postmarked between 8 and 30 days of when you received it in the mail will incur a 25% restocking fee. Returns made after 30 days will be refused and returned to sender. Incomplete returns will either be refused or refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.

Q – I am between sizes on your size chart. A – If you are between sizes you will probably be more comfortable going up a size.

Q – What if I need a different size or color? A – Simply click on the green button below the size chart titled “Click here for more sizes.”

Q – How long will it take to receive my order? A - Please review the shipping page for the estimated delivery time listed. This time starts from with your receive your item has shipped email. Please allow upto 48 hours processing time unless otherwise stated.

Q – My order was canceled and it says refunded? A – Please review the item description. Some items are stocked at the manufacturer such as shoes and some costumes. In the case that that manufacturer is out of stock we will issue you a refund and cancel the Ebay transaction.
